Job Summary
Kforce's client in Houston is seeking a SAP Functional Analyst responsible for full life cycle implementation of SAP EAM. This includes business requirements gathering, conducting business workshops, gap analysis, blueprinting, design, configuration, testing, cutover, data migration, go-live, training, and post go-live support. The role is hybrid, requiring 4 days in office and 1 day remote. The analyst will transform detailed requirements into complete systems design documents and implement them in SAP, ensuring business and functional requirements are maintained.
Must Have
- Contribute to the implementation and execution of the SAP EAM/Plant Maintenance processes
- Transform detailed requirements into complete detailed systems design documents and implement in SAP
- Capture business capability requirements, functional requirements, and expected service levels from business unit
- Create EAM solutions that map to an actionable business-IT roadmap
- Ensure business and functional requirements are maintained throughout the development/configuration process
- Liaison between the client, vendors, project management and the technical team on questions, issues, and revisions
- Manage engagement risk and economics including: Planning and budgeting; Manage accounts receivable; Define deliverable content; Ensure buy-in of proposed solutions
- Guide complex fit/gap analysis and design decisions and validate fit/gap analysis and design decisions
- Provide consulting services on both new implementations and existing support projects
- 10+ years of experience of designing, customizing, testing, implementing, and managing enterprise asset management solutions/systems
- Hands-on functional configuration and design experience with SAP Enterprise Asset Management (EAM, PM/SM and PS)
- Experience in a minimum of 2 full cycle greenfield/brownfield SAP implementations
- Experience with converting new acquisitions/mergers into current platforms
- Experience with current technology implementation patterns
- Strong, persuasive communication and presentation skills
- Ability to clearly communicate technical ideas--both verbally and in written form to technical and non-technical peers
- S/4 EAM experience
- Experience and knowledge of integration of SAP enterprise modules (e.g., CRM, MM, FI) and 3rd party applications

This role is in office 4 days, 1 day remote. Duties:
- Contribute to the implementation and execution of the SAP EAM/Plant Maintenance processes
- Transform detailed requirements into complete detailed systems design documents and implement in SAP
- Capture business capability requirements, functional requirements, and expected service levels from business unit; Create EAM solutions that map to an actionable business-IT roadmap (a long-range plan for the business that identifies specific IT investments in applications and infrastructure to support business objectives)
- Support BU leadership in identifying opportunities for emerging technologies, through collaboration with EAM architect, to enable business strategies; Provide an advisory role with the clients on the impact of new technologies on their existing technical and information system environments
- Ensure business and functional requirements are maintained throughout the development/configuration process
- Liaison between the client, vendors, project management and the technical team on questions, issues, and revisions to the solution architecture
- Manage engagement risk and economics including: Planning and budgeting; Manage accounts receivable; Define deliverable content; Ensure buy-in of proposed solutions from business owners
- Guide complex fit/gap analysis and design decisions and validate fit/gap analysis and design decisions to ensure deviations from -out of the box- functionality have sufficient business justification and positive value proposition
- Provide consulting services on both new implementations and existing support projects
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience of designing, customizing, testing, implementing, and managing enterprise asset management solutions/systems

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
